On a Saturday evening, January 12, 2019, Broderick Porter-Baugh, a 32-year-old male, returned to his Nashville home at 1307 Pennock Avenue with his family after an outing to Opry Mills. As they were getting out of their vehicle around 5:00 p.m., two men dressed in all black approached them, brandishing a gun and demanding money.
