In the early morning hours of October 11, 2019, tragedy struck inside a Nashville, Tennessee, home, claiming the life of 18-year-old Rashawn Wallace. An African American male and a student at Maplewood High School, Wallace was fatally shot during what investigators described as a robbery plot targeting his father, Roger Wallace.
