Dakota Marshall Willard, a 23-year-old male from Lenoir City, Tennessee, was tragically killed on February 11, 2019. The incident occurred at a residence on Lee Hi Street in Lenoir City. According to reports, Dakota Willard was shot in the upper right chest and the back of his head, behind his ear.
