In the summer of 2020, the life of 65-year-old George Harrill was cut short in a fatal shooting in Lenoir City, Tennessee. On the evening of July 29th, authorities received a distress call and dispatched deputies to a residence on Ford Road. Upon their arrival, they discovered Harrill in the yard, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
