George Harrill, a 65-year-old man from Lenoir City, Tennessee, tragically died on July 29, 2020, from multiple gunshot wounds. The Loudon County Sheriff's Office responded to a call around 6:22 p.m. that evening and found Harrill suffering from his injuries in the yard of a residence on Ford Road. Despite efforts to save him, he was pronounced dead at a nearby hospital.
