On an early Friday morning in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, the life of 30-year-old Terrell Edward Ray was tragically cut short. The attack appeared to be random, as detectives found no evidence that Ray was involved in any criminal activity.
He was standing outside his girlfriend's apartment when the fatal shots were fired.
