Terrell Edward Ray, a 30-year-old man from Murfreesboro, TN, was tragically shot and killed on the early morning of August 2, 2019. He had been celebrating his 30th birthday with family and friends at his girlfriend's apartment at the Villager Condominiums near Middle Tennessee State University.
