Carlos Vazquez, a 26-year-old male of Hispanic ethnicity, tragically lost his life on March 12, 2021, in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. Vazquez was fatally shot at the corner of Sevier and University Street, succumbing to his injuries shortly after the incident. A woman was also injured in the shooting but survived after being grazed by a bullet.
