Jason Phoummavong, a 25-year-old male of Asian ethnicity, tragically lost his life on August 2, 2019, in Memphis, Tennessee. He was shot in the head while at the Save-a-Stop convenience store on Kimball Avenue near Lamar. The incident also left the store's owner injured.
