Rocky John Weekes Sr., a 31-year-old male from Chicago, Illinois, was fatally shot on September 8, 2015, in the Old Irving Park neighborhood. The incident occurred around 3:05 a.m. in the 3300 block of North Keeler Avenue. According to reports, Rocky Weekes, who was unarmed, approached an individual identified as Daniel Guana.
