In a quiet Hermitage, Tennessee neighborhood, a horrific tragedy unfolded, leaving a family shattered and a community in disbelief. Six-year-old Tyler Ty Matthew Michael, a bright and curious Caucasian boy, was visiting his grandparents, Terry and Leigh Shea Majors, when his life was cut short in an act of violence. On that day, his 64-year-old grandfather, Terry Majors, turned a gun on his own family, fatally shooting his 61-year-old wife, Leigh Shea, and their young grandson, Tyler.
