Tyler Ty Matthew Michael, a 6-year-old boy from Hermitage, TN, tragically passed away on September 7, 2019. Ty was visiting his grandparents, Leigh Shea Majors and Terry Majors, when the incident occurred. According to reports, Terry Majors, 64, shot and killed his wife, Leigh Shea Majors, 61, and their grandson, Ty, before turning the gun on himself. Ty's 4-year-old sister was the only witness to the shooting and managed to escape and seek help from neighbors.
