Death by Force

On August 31, 2024, 16-year-old Zeppelin Curtis Phillips was fatally shot near his home on Hallborough Way in Hermitage, Tennessee. Neighbors reported hearing multiple gunshots around 6:30 p.m., after which Phillips was found lying in the roadway with gunshot wounds to his neck and chest. He was promptly transported to Vanderbilt University Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.
