On a Tuesday afternoon in Memphis, Tennessee, the life of 42-year-old Margret Gaddy was tragically cut short. On October 1, 2019, at approximately 2:15 p.m., gunfire erupted in the 3200 block of Spring Valley Cove in the Raleigh neighborhood.
