Derrick L. Lewis, a 37-year-old male of African American ethnicity from Chattanooga, TN, tragically passed away on November 25, 2019. He was shot on West 38th Street in Chattanooga and subsequently drove himself to a nearby hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries. Another man, aged 32, was also injured in the shooting but his injuries were not life-threatening.
