On a Wednesday evening in Nashville, Tennessee, the life of 33-year-old Anthony Rucker was tragically cut short. On March 4, 2020, Rucker was sitting on a motorcycle, engaged in conversation with a group of people in front of a residence in the 1800 block of Dr. D.B. Todd Jr. Boulevard.
