Xavier Jackson, a 9-year-old boy from Memphis, Tennessee, tragically died on March 13, 2020. Xavier was playing with a gun when he was accidentally shot in the face by his 13-year-old cousin. The incident occurred at their home while their mothers were out shopping. The gun, which belonged to the older boy's father, had been left unsecured and within reach of the children.
