Otis Christopher Meadows, a 49-year-old African American man from Antioch, Tennessee, tragically died on June 8, 2020. He was a dedicated individual who served in the US Army for 22 years and was a beloved member of his community. Otis was married to Annetta Denise Griffin Meadows for 30 years and had three children: Drake, Raven, and Trynity Meadows.
