On November 24, 2020, Abdiwahab Adam, a 12-year-old boy, was tragically killed in a shooting incident in Nashville, Tennessee. The incident occurred inside a stolen pickup truck on Interstate 24. Abdiwahab was driving the vehicle when he and another minor, Donquez Abernathy, aged 14, were shot and killed. Two other passengers, a 14-year-old girl and a 16-year-old boy, were also injured in the shooting. The 16-year-old passenger was identified as the suspected shooter.
