In the winter of 2020, the life of 43-year-old Leslie Dawn Belt was tragically cut short in Johnson City, Tennessee. A white female known for her kind heart and deep love for her family, Leslie was fatally shot on December 15, 2020. The incident occurred at a residence on Ford Creek Road in Washington County.
