In the spring of 2021, a community's cheerful afternoon turned into a scene of tragedy, leaving a family devastated and a neighborhood in shock. On May 20, 2021, 28-year-old Vincent Williams, a male resident of Knoxville, Tennessee, was fatally shot in the parking lot of an apartment complex on Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue.
