Dantay Campbell, a 19-year-old woman of African American ethnicity, tragically lost her life on June 6, 2021, in Nashville, Tennessee. She was fatally shot in her apartment located in the Edgehill Homes community. The incident occurred around 6:30 p.m., and Campbell was found unresponsive in an upstairs bedroom. She was initially taken to Vanderbilt University Medical Center in critical condition but unfortunately succumbed to her injuries.
