Windle Lavell Moore Jr., a 35-year-old African American male from Memphis, Tennessee, tragically passed away on August 25, 2021. Windle, also known by nicknames such as "Binky," "Lil Him," "Win," "Levell," and "Skrill," was a beloved husband, father, and musician. He had recently released his new CD and video titled "Kone Season III" and was known for his passion for music and basketball.
