Deputy Matthew Locke, a 30-year-old male of Caucasian ethnicity, tragically lost his life on September 25, 2021, in Clifton, Tennessee. Deputy Locke was a dedicated officer with the Hardin County Sheriff's Department and a veteran of the Tennessee Army National Guard. He was fatally shot while assisting other officers during a domestic disturbance call at a home on Nance Bend Road.
