Vincent LaSane Jr., a 33-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on April 24, 2022, in Memphis, Tennessee. He was working as a security guard at Club Memphis in the Orange Mound neighborhood when he was fatally shot. The incident occurred around 4:20 a.m. when LaSane was shot while leaving the club. He was one of several security guards who were fired upon by a group of individuals who had been previously escorted out of the club.
