Galven Siler, a 29-year-old male of African American ethnicity, tragically lost his life on December 18, 2021, in Knoxville, TN. He was fatally shot in the parking lot of 1425 Magnolia Avenue shortly after 3 a.m. Galven had been out with friends in the Old City area before heading to an after-hours hangout at 3 Kingz Tattoos on Magnolia.
