On the afternoon of January 21, 2021, Samantha Rachael Robinson, a 28-year-old female, was driving her white Hyundai sedan in Lynchburg, Virginia, when her life was tragically cut short. As she drove down 12th Street near Pierce Street, she was struck by what investigators believe was a stray bullet.
