In the spring of 2000, the life of a Knoxville, Tennessee man was tragically cut short in a burst of violence that has yet to see a resolution. David L. Wyatt, a 47-year-old male, was killed on Sunday, May 7, 2000. The incident occurred behind a Pilot convenience store located at 3004 E. Magnolia Avenue.
