In the spring of 2017, the life of Walter Andrew Neal, a 32-year-old man from Knoxville, Tennessee, was tragically cut short. On April 20th, what began as a dispute over an insult escalated into a fatal act of violence. Christopher Leon Clark, then 37, arrived at a residence on Trigg Avenue in East Knoxville and knocked on the door. Walter Neal let him inside, unaware of the violent intent that Clark harbored.
