On April 23, 2022, Jesus Camillo Perez, a 33-year-old man from Antioch, TN, was tragically shot and killed in his home. The incident occurred in the 2900 block of Mossdale Drive. Perez was shot in the abdomen and managed to run to a neighbor's house for help, where he identified his roommate, 41-year-old Juan Hernandez, as the shooter. Despite being rushed to Vanderbilt University Medical Center, Perez succumbed to his injuries.
