Anthony Lovell Carter, a 31-year-old man from Antioch, Tennessee, tragically lost his life on May 16, 2022. The incident occurred at an apartment complex on Hickory Hollow Terrace. Carter, along with three friends, went to the complex to confront Tracy Jackson, a 26-year-old resident, over an alleged debt of $100.
