Reggae D. Kelly

In the early morning hours of May 22, 2022, a sense of unease settled over the Margaret Robertson Apartments in Hermitage, Tennessee. It was there, in the quiet of the parking lot, that 26-year-old Reggae D. Kelly, a Black male, was discovered under grim circumstances. At approximately 5:15 a.m., witnesses came upon Kelly, unconscious and bleeding behind the wheel of a Hyundai Kona SUV.
