On June 22, 2022, Tremaine Tre Anderson, a four-year-old boy from Germantown, Tennessee, tragically died after accidentally shooting himself in the face. Tre was at his father's family home on South Germantown Road when he found a gun and pulled the trigger. His mother was on her way to pick him up when she received the devastating news. The incident occurred while Tre was under the care of his father, Jerry Anderson Jr., and his paternal grandfather, Jerry Anderson Sr.
