Brandon Smiles, a 27-year-old man from Warren, Michigan, tragically lost his life on October 10, 2022, in Knoxville, Tennessee. Smiles was found unresponsive on Holston Hills Road near Holston River Park, after a 911 caller reported discovering him lying in the road. Upon arrival, officers confirmed that Smiles had been shot at least once and pronounced him dead at the scene. The investigation into his death is ongoing, with no suspects identified at this time.
