In the winter of 2022, the life of 30-year-old De’Anthony Seymour was cut short in a burst of violence at a Memphis lounge. On the evening of Monday, December 12th, Seymour was at the J&B Lounge located at 1281 East Shelby Drive when a dispute escalated into a fatal shooting. The incident left Seymour with a gunshot wound to the chest, and despite being rushed to Regional One Hospital, he succumbed to his injuries.
