Victor Anthony Perez, a 17-year-old from Fontana, California, tragically lost his life on March 27, 2016. On that fateful evening, Victor was the victim of a drive-by shooting that occurred around 8 p.m. in the 8500 block of Kaiser Avenue. Despite being rushed to Kaiser Permanente Fontana Medical Center, he was pronounced dead at approximately 10:22 p.m. The initial investigation revealed that Victor was shot multiple times, leading to his untimely death.
