On June 6, 2025, Valentin Martinez, 42, male, Hispanic/Latino, was found in the roadway in the Fontana area of San Bernardino County after being fatally shot. Deputies from the sheriff’s Fontana station were dispatched on a report of a man down in the street, and the victim was subsequently identified as Valentin Martinez, 42, male.
