Victor Hernandez, a 22-year-old resident of Pomona, California, tragically lost his life on December 28, 2016, in a double fatal shooting incident in Fontana. The incident occurred around 8:40 p.m. at North Heritage Park, located in the 7200 block of North Heritage Circle. Hernandez, along with another victim, Robert Ruiz, also 22 and from Upland, was found shot to death inside a parked car.
