John Garscia, a 30-year-old male of Austrian ethnicity, tragically died on February 21, 1909, as a result of an accidental shooting in Inkerman, Pennsylvania. Garscia, who was serving as a member of the Pennsylvania State Police, was attempting to execute a warrant alongside his partner, Private Frederick Carlton.
