Thomas Watt, a 28-year-old male, tragically lost his life on October 29, 2016, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He was fatally shot in the head twice during an attempted robbery by Abdul Rasheed, a 36-year-old man from Rochester who was on the run after escaping federal custody. The incident also left a 29-year-old woman injured in the leg.
