Raymond F. Hall Jr., a 24-year-old male from Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, tragically lost his life on September 25, 1982. He was one of the victims of a mass shooting carried out by George Emil Banks, a former prison guard. Banks went on a killing spree, targeting multiple locations in Wilkes-Barre and Jenkins Township, resulting in the deaths of 13 people and leaving another person critically injured.
