Ryan McGovern, a 32-year-old male from Plains Township, Wilkes-Barre, PA, tragically died on March 4, 2020. His death was the result of a fatal shooting incident that occurred in Wilkes-Barre. The incident took place during a dispute over a methamphetamine deal. McGovern's girlfriend, Susan Sarin, aged 37, was also injured in the shooting but survived.
