Charles Thomas Knox Jr., a 31-year-old male police officer of the Philadelphia Police Department, tragically lost his life on August 30, 1992. Officer Knox was shot and killed during a robbery in progress at a Roy Rogers restaurant located at 1401 Snyder Avenue.
