In the fall of 1995, the life of Brian Zernell, a 35-year-old male, was tragically cut short in Chester, Pennsylvania. On October 3rd of that year, a violent encounter in the 700 block of Green Street resulted in Zernell being shot. He succumbed to his injuries four days later, on October 7, 1995.
