Balir Starkey, a 34-year-old man from Chester, Pennsylvania, was tragically shot and killed on October 10, 2020. The incident occurred around 10:40 p.m. on Crosby Street, where Starkey was found lying on the sidewalk with multiple gunshot wounds. Despite immediate medical attention and transportation to Crozer-Chester Medical Center, Starkey succumbed to his injuries.
