Jamel Raphael McMillion, a 22-year-old male of African American ethnicity, tragically lost his life on October 18, 2013, in Chester, Pennsylvania. He was ambushed by two gunmen while returning to his home, and despite the efforts of medics, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
