In the winter of 2019, a 32-year-old man named Mustafa Islam was fatally shot in Chester, Pennsylvania. On the morning of Friday, December 27th, police were called to a residence on the 3000 block of West 12th Street. Inside, they discovered Mustafa Islam suffering from a gunshot wound to his upper chest.
