William Trippley, a 20-year-old male of African American ethnicity from Chester, Pennsylvania, was tragically killed on April 11, 2004. Trippley, a standout soccer player and beloved member of his community, was walking along Edgmont Avenue in Chester when he was caught in the crossfire of a gunfight between two individuals. He was shot in the head and succumbed to his injuries the following day.
