Benjamin Gilmore, a 23-year-old African American male from Chester, Pennsylvania, was found deceased on August 5, 1996. His body was discovered in a wooded area near the 400 block of East 22nd Street, a location known for its seclusion. The cause of death was determined to be multiple gunshot wounds.
