Joseph Spiers, a 27-year-old male from Chester, PA, tragically died on December 24, 1987. He was found dead on the enclosed porch of William Muscolini's house from a gunshot wound to the head. Muscolini, who was 21 years old at the time, was arrested and charged with murder. He was held without bail and scheduled to be arraigned in the Court of Common Pleas on March 7, 1988.

The incident occurred after an argument, and Muscolini was found carrying a rifle when police arrived at the scene. ...
