Vincent Franklin, a 36-year-old man from Chester, PA, was fatally shot on May 21, 2018. The incident occurred in the 500 block of Central Avenue, where Franklin was ruthlessly gunned down in broad daylight. Surveillance video captured the shooting, showing Eric Johnson, 28, exiting a Nissan Rogue and firing at least 22 shots at Franklin with a .40 caliber handgun.
