Abe Farkas, a 56-year-old man of Czechoslovakian ethnicity, was tragically killed on January 9, 2009, in Chester, Pennsylvania. Known for his selfless service to the community, Farkas operated a mobile grocery store out of a converted school bus, providing essential food and supplies to Chester residents who lacked access to a supermarket. His dedication to helping others was well-known, and he was beloved by many in the community.
