Joseph LaTorre, a 30-year-old male of Italian-American ethnicity, tragically lost his life on July 4, 2017, in Chester, Pennsylvania. He was fatally shot while driving near the 1100 block of Brown Street. LaTorre was found lying in the street next to his vehicle, a blue Dodge Durango. The incident occurred just before 11:30 p.m., and police were called to the scene for shots fired.
